 PMO Manager

We’re looking for Technical PMO Manager with experience of some or all of the following;

Skill Profile:

As a Technical PMO Manager, you will be responsible for performing various and diverse communication projects as assigned. Proven Track of end to end project management, deployment, Testing/Planning. Knowledge of Network Technology 2G/3G/4G and 5G.


Required over experience in delivering full turn key projects and Program Management Office (PMO)

  • Shall be able to setup a program in P-Tube and can demonstrate reports on PPR tube tools
  • Shall know deeply about end to end MoO from presales to PTA and closure of the projects
  • Capable of setting up an efficient Program Management Office with knowledge of SBM Suite
  • Shall be able to apply Program Quality Management concept and help setting up Program Quality Management techniques and mechanism. He/she Shall be able to conduct quality audit of projects as per PBM Quality Plan
  • He/she shall be not only part of transformation plans but shall be driving the plan. Any transformational plan related to processes improvement, organizational structure reforms shall be logged, monitored and reported through CEMT tool.
  • Shall be able to coach complex change management and processes across various business entities within a complex organisation
  • Capable of performing Program Readiness Assessment (PRA)
  • Capable of performing Program Maturity Assessment (PMA)
  • Able to setup, execute and reporting of Business outlook with respect to approved cost baseline and target revenues. Hands on knowledge on 4C tool is a must
  • Familiar and experienced with NRisklog
  • Must be familiar with Supplier Base Management Process, Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Supplier Risk Management
  • Can manage and coach individuals regarding major change in organisations, processes and business strategies
  • Can work as single POC for providing guidance related to operational issues/challenges faced by other PMO managers in organization(s)
  • Should be able to perform skill assessment of individuals and teams in Full Turn key domain as per current and future business needs and recommend learning paths accordingly
  • Able to setup a Full Turnkey Programs in ICT with excellent knowledge of Site Acquisition, Permitting and lease, construction works management and Telecom Implementation management with experience of tools like NOLS and IPM RTI 4.0
  • Can help finance team to setup the quantity contracts in SAP and link with supplier and customer’s financials triggers (SIT and CIT triggers)
  • Can translate business scope into resource demand and forecast while using MyERM portal
  • Shall be capable of efficient use of LMFE for competence development plan of individuals and produce regular reports

 Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in English.
